We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

UK Shipping

Orders are dispatched from London, United Kingdom.

  • Standard UK Delivery: estimated delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
  • Express UK Delivery: estimated delivery within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are not available for immediate dispatch. The estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, quality control or shipping delays. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you and provide the appropriate options in accordance with UK consumer law.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international delivery outside of the UK. This is likely to change very soon and will be communicated via email, so make sure to sign up to receive communications!

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant delivery provider. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, strikes, customs delays or other disruptions.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the item where appropriate.

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate with the delivery provider.
